Our Story
At Rancho DM, horses are family—we tend, feed, and care for their health every day—so guests can experience the Dominican countryside with confidence and calm. Rooted in “Ciudad Corazón” of the Cibao Valley—we’re easy to reach from Aeropuerto Internacional del Cibao (STI) by taxi or rideshare. Here you’ll find peaceful views, fresh homemade Dominican food, and plenty to do: hiking near the Cordillera Septentrional and Diego de Ocampo, plus horseback rides tailored to your level and guided by experienced wranglers. Our trail partners are Paso Higueyano horses—bred for comfort, durability, and stability—with influences from Quarter Horse, Barb, Tennessee Walking, and Morgan lines, making every ride smooth, safe, and memorable.

Start with dinner or a nightcap at our bar & restaurant, then head out for a city or seaside vibe before returning to the quiet of the ranch.
